Collaboration of our music teachers and 6th graders brings musical magic!
Our 6th graders had music class in their homeroom classrooms this year instead of going to the music rooms. This meant they had a new instrument available to them - their desks! The 6th graders worked on several different pieces that combined their desk drums and body percussion like clapping and snapping this year. They prepared this piece, “Rondo Ritmico”, for presentation at their end-of-year promotion ceremony. We hope you enjoy watching them rock out using desks, pencils, and plastic cups!
